Our standard rental rates are for 8 hour
usage which INCLUDES your setup
and breakdown of the room.

Weddings are only booked for a minimum of 8 hours. Additional hours can be purchased for $250/hr.

PLUS FLORIDA TAX

Our standard room rates include:

• Limited lighting system
• 25 Tables & 200 chairs (in current layout). Each additional table with 8 chairs = $15
• Basic custodial services
• House table cloths (white, black or ivory)
• 1 House Manager
• 1 buffet table
• 1 cake table
• 1 gift table

Please inquire about our reduced rates for small parties and intimate weddings!(under 90 guests)

NOTE: For small parties under 90 people, 12 tables (11 tables with 8 chairs each and 1 table with 10 chairs), plus sweetheart table (2) are included in the room rental.

Small parties that require shorter event times such as baby showers, retirement party, going-away party, etc. may be booked for a 5 hour time block.

This option is available 9am – 2pm for any day except Saturday, as well as Monday – Thursday evenings from
4pm – 9pm.
